SPICE is a Java program that is installed automatically on your computer using the Java Web Start technology. To run successfully you need to have either installed on your computer. If you have not, please install it from here. If you have problems with running SPICE, please contact the SPICE -mailing list.

You need to grant SPICE permission in order to install. If you have any concerns about this, the complete source code is available under the LGPL from here.
