Specification
There are many specifications for DAS since DAS1. The registry currently supports the two latest specifications DAS/1.53E and the upcoming DAS/1.6E specifications. The specification should be specified by a server e.g. Proserver or Dazzle in the headers with the xml responses. The registry looks at these headers and allocates one of the above specifications to that data source. This information is then used for testing of the source and also is compared with the specification set by the person registering the source.
