DAS server libraries

There exists a number of different solutions of how to set up a DAS - source and share your data using DAS. Servers developed by different people in the Genome Campus in Hinxton, which support the DAS version 1.53E are:

• Dazzle (Java)
• Proserver (Perl)

Other DAS servers, which are supporting DAS 1.53, but not the extensions introduced in version 1.53E are:

• LDAS (Perl)
• mydas (Java, 1.53E extensions under development)
